As we operate on a made-to-order / limited-inventory model, we encourage you to read this policy carefully before placing an order with U Do YOU.
Each piece is thoughtfully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of design and finish.
Exchanges
• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 working days from the date of delivery
• Size and style exchange are permitted one-time only
• Exchanges are allowed for:
- The same product
- A product of higher value (price difference payable by the customer)
- A product of lower value, with the difference credited to the U Do YOU website wallet
• Exchange dispatch timeline is 10–15 working days from approval and receipt of the exchanged product
• Shipping charges for exchange (pickup and re-dispatch) are borne by the customer unless the error is from our end
• Any wallet credit issued is non-refundable, valid for one year, and redeemable only on the U Do YOU website
Returns
• Return requests must be initiated within 5 working days from delivery
• Approved returns are issued as store credit only
• Shipping charges will be deducted from the order value before issuing store credit
• Store credit is valid for one year, redeemable only on the U Do YOU website, and non-transferable
Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
• Custom-made or altered pieces
• Sale or clearance items
• Products returned without original tags, packaging, or in used or damaged condition
Mandatory Conditions
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to incorrect, damaged, or missing items
• Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact
Important Notes
• Dispatch timelines for exchanged or returned items are 10–15 working days
• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• U Do YOU reserves the right to approve or decline requests based on inspection
• By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Exchange & Return Policy
