At U Do YOU, every outfit is prepared with attention to detail and craftsmanship. As we operate on a made-to-order / limited-inventory model, shipping timelines may vary and are communicated transparently at every stage.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India
• International shipping (if applicable) may be offered on request and is subject to additional charges

Order Processing Time

• Orders for ready-to-ship and limited-inventory pieces are processed within 10–15 working days after order confirmation
• This timeline applies only to ready-to-ship or limited inventory outfits
• Made-to-order pieces follow separate processing timelines communicated individually at the time of order placement

Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Timelines

• Once dispatched, orders typically take 3–7 working days depending on the delivery location
• Delivery timelines may vary for non-metro or remote locations
• Timelines are indicative and may be impacted by courier delays, weather, or unforeseen
circumstances


Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated at order confirmation
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• For returns, shipping charges will be deducted from the order value
• For exchanges, pickup and re-dispatch charges are borne by the customer unless the error is from our end

Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email once dispatched
• Customers should ensure availability at the delivery address at the time of delivery

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

U Do YOU is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Incorrect or incomplete address details
• Customer unavailability at delivery
• Courier or logistical delays beyond our control

Any re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory upon receiving the package
• Issues related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

Important Notes

• Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
• Policies for custom-made, altered, sale, or clearance outfits apply as stated at purchase
• By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Shipping Policy
