• Such variations are not considered defects
Order Confirmation
• Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified
• Timelines for made-to-order pieces are communicated individually at the time of order placement
Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise
• U Do YOU reserves the right to update prices without prior notice
• Promotional pricing, sale items, or limited offers are governed by specific conditions stated at purchase
Shipping & Delivery
• Ready-to-ship or limited-inventory orders are processed within 10–15 working days after
confirmation
• Made-to-order pieces follow separate processing timelines communicated individually
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, or unforeseen circumstances
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are communicated at confirmation and are non-refundable
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the Shipping Policy in full.
Exchanges, Returns & Store Credit
• Governed by the U Do YOU Exchange & Return Policy
• Exchange requests must be raised within 5 working days of delivery
• Size or style exchange is allowed one-time only
• Returns are issued as store credit only
• Shipping charges are deducted before issuing store credit
• Store credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, valid for one year, and redeemable only on the website
Non-Eligible Items
• Custom-made or altered pieces
• Sale or clearance items
• Products returned without original tags or in used/damaged condition
Intellectual Property
• All designs, images, text, logos, and website content are the exclusive property of U Do YOU
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited
Limitation of Liability
• U Do YOU is not liable for delays or damages caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased
